Olivia Colman has become one of the most memorable faces in the British film industry, garnering praise for her portrayals of the Queen in The Favourite and The Crown.
The actress previously lived in Peckham with her husband Ed Sinclair, but the pair eventually sold their home in 2021 to return to Colman’s birthplace, Norfolk.
Olivia had spoken fondly of Peckham’s sense of community while living in the area, telling British Vogue in 2019: “These streets are a lovely community – they really look after you.”
She owned a five-bedroom house in the fashionable southeast London neighbourhood which reportedly cost the couple £885,000 but sold for £2.3million.

The start rise to stardom was no easy feat, however, and regular harassment from the paparazzi eventually led her to flee the city in search of a quieter life.
During an interview with Vogue in 2023, the actress opened up about her move to Norfolk, where she secured a Grade-II listed building with her husband.
“We’ve moved to the countryside, and it’s lovely,” she said. “It’s where I’m from. We never fell out of love with London. I love London, but it became difficult.”
The couple’s regal home at the heart of the countryside was reportedly secured for a staggering £1.3million.
Ed reportedly applied for planning permission soon after settling in the area, proposing plans for an outdoor swimming pool with walk-in steps and LED lighting, according to Hello!.
An extension was also requested for the property’s outbuilding, which “functions as a summer house and games room for the children”.

The northern stretch of the county has become an oasis for local wildlife, which it attracts with acres of sweeping coastline.
