The new routes go on sale today and the first flights will set off in November 2024. This includes twice-weekly flights that will go from London Gatwick to Luxor for the first time in 10 years, starting on November 11.

Those hoping to visit Egypt from Liverpool can book onto the Sharm El-Seikh route that will run twice a week from February 14, 2025.

Flights to Oslo from Manchester and Liverpool will begin towards the end of this year, from November 15, and will run twice weekly.

easyJet’s UK country manager Ali Gayward said: “We’re delighted to be launching even more new routes from airports across the UK to a fantastic range of leisure destinations.

“[This means] we’re now offering over 41 new routes including three brand new destinations on our network from this winter.

“By continuing to strengthen our network we’re providing even more choice and connectivity for our customers all across the UK, whether they’re chasing the winter sun, planning a magical winter getaway or hitting the slopes and we look forward to welcoming them on board.”

This comes as TUI shared new holidays will go on sale this month, including more flights from airports across the UK.

The TUI Winter 2025 schedule will go on sale tomorrow and holidaymakers can plan ahead and book trips up to Easter 2026.

This includes routes to more than 40 destinations departing from 22 airports across the UK.

TUI stated: “Destinations with exclusive, direct TUI charter flights from various regional UK airports [to] Senegal, Cape Verde, Goa and Thailand.

“Now offering more flexibility and choice for customers, TUI has added both 10- and 11-night durations to Thailand for next winter, thanks to additional TUI flying from London Gatwick and Manchester to Phuket.

“TUI has also added more regional flying options for customers based near Newcastle and Cardiff airports, with a new fortnightly service from Cardiff to Cancun available and additional flight from Newcastle on selected dates in March and April 2026.”
