Tom Lockyer following Luton all the way

It’s nice to see Tom Lockyer travelling with Luton to Wolves today.

He nearly died after suffering a cardiac arrest in a match against Bournemouth in December. One of football’s most horrifying moments.

A gentleman and a much-loved figure in the Premier League.

Liverpool go 2-1 up at West Ham

Liverpool have gone 2-1 up thanks to an own goal from, well, officially Alphone Areola, although it looked as if an ugly deflection off Angelo Ogbonna turned it in at first glance.

The Reds will go level on points with Arsenal if things stay the same.

Do-or-die for Sheffield United

Sheffield United will be relegated from the Premier League if they lose at Newcastle today.

The stakes are sky-high for the Blades.

It’s going to take a miracle to stay up. They meet a Newcastle side in decent form.

Mason Mount is back in the matchday squad

Luton roll up to the Wolves’ den

It’s just as well that Luton have turned up to Molineux because this is a critical game.

They are a point away from Nottingham Forest but are floundering. Luton have lost four of their last five, but they’re lucky that Forest above them are stuttering. With Everton breezing, clear it’s a four-way relegation scrap.

Wolves are fine and dandy under Gary O’Neil and can make a push for a top-half finish, which would be a remarkable achievement with a threadbare squad.

Craven Cottage awaits

In the most mid-table clash of the day, 13th-placed Fulham try to fend off 14th-placed Crystal Palace.

Craven Cottage is sold out today – a testament to the passion of the fans considering their exorbitant ticket prices.

Palace are finding their groove under new gaffer Oliver Glasner, who, by virtue of not being the hot seat occupant, is feeling that new manager bounce. They’ve won three in a row now and are playing some good stuff. Jean-Philippe Mateta is playing his best Premier League football.

Andy Robertson has just levelled for Liverpool at the London Stadium as they chase down the Premier League title. It’s his first goal since September and what a crucial one it could be.

Mail Sport’s Lewis Browning is on live updates for that one.

Newcastle taunt Sheffield United with bad memories

There’s nothing like striking fear into the hearts of your opponents by reminding them of the time you broke their hearts.

Newcastle gave Sheffield United an 8-0 pummelling on their own turf back in September, with eight different goalscorers getting in on the act. Seemingly every player to play for the club besides Alan Shearer was on the scoresheet.

The Magpies have just posted a video to remind Blades fans of this.

Bruno Fernandes: Mainoo and Garnacho are ‘great’, but we can’t rely on them so much

Bruno Fernandes has warned his Manchester United team-mates that they need to ‘step up’ and take responsibility for performances, rather than relying on the eager young guns to bail them out.

The club captain is speaking from experience here as he has undoubtedly stepped up recently and he wants his fellow senior figures to follow suit.
