Luke Littler and Michael van Gerwen are within touching distance of being crowned world champion at Alexandra Palace.
The pair dropped just one set each in dominant semi-final wins on Thursday night, as Van Gerwen swept aside Chris Dobey and Littler then followed that up by dispatching Stephen Bunting.

It means the 17-year-old has reached a second successive World Darts Championship final, one he hopes will have a different outcome to last year’s defeat to Luke Humphries.
Van Gerwen is a three-time world champion but has not claimed darts’ biggest prize since 2019, and has been beaten by Peter Wright and Michael Smith in finals since then.
Littler goes into the match as favourite, as he has been throughout the tournament, and an average of 105.48 in his semi-final win over Bunting suggests it will take something incredibly special from Van Gerwen to deny him.
World Darts Championship prize money
The total prize money on offer at the 2025 World Darts Championship is £2.5million.
As has been the case since 2019, the winner will take home £500,000. For the runner-up, it is a consolation prize of £200,000, as Littler found out last year.
Should either player make a nine-darter tonight, Paddy Power will provide a £60,000 bonus, with the same amount also going to Prostate Cancer UK and a random member of the Ally Pally crowd.
