BBC Radio 2 presenter Zoe Ball has revealed her daughter was taken to A&E after her ex-husband Norman Cook, known as the DJ Fatboy Slim, dropped a Christmas tree on her foot.The 54-year-old said during her Wednesday morning show that Nelly is “going to be alright”, but was not able to go in for her last day of school or go ice skating with friends.
