Zara Tindall and Princess Anne ranked higher than King Charles and Queen Camilla in the latest popularity poll.
While Charles ranked sixth and Camilla came ninth in the YouGov survey for the most popular royals in 2023, Anne and Zara came in fifth and fourth place, respectively.

Zara Tindall, King Charles III’s niece, is the fifth most popular royal featured in YouGov’s survey, despite not being a working royal.
In 2011, she married former England rugby union player Mike Tindall in Scotland.
Famous for being a professional equestrian, Zara won a silver medal at the London 2012 Olympics.
The mother-of-three finished 2023 with a 54 percent approval rating – a two percent lead on her uncle, King Charles.

Meanwhile, Princess Anne held a 64 percent approval rating by the end of the year, which was a 10 percent lead on her daughter.
The Princess Royal, 73, has long been one of the most popular members of the family, and finished in fourth place at the end of last year.
In 2023, she completed a whopping 457 engagements – the most out of anyone in the Royal Family.
Another Olympic equestrian, Princess Anne became the first member of the British Royal Family to compete in the Olympic Games back in 1976.

Queen Camilla, who landed in ninth place in the YouGov poll, managed to achieve a 41 percent approval rating by the end of the year.
Five royals trailed behind the Queen, including Princess Eugenie, Princess Beatrice, Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and Prince Andrew.
The Duke of York came in last place with a nine percent approval rating.
