It’s set to be a chilly start to the weekend. A frost is expected first thing on Saturday across Scotland, Northern Ireland and northern England. There could be a few mist and fog patches first thing too.
Early cloud and showery rain in the south-west will spread north-eastwards through the day, however, eastern parts of England and Scotland have the best chances of holding on to some sunshine for longest.
Temperatures will be a touch down on recent days at around 8C to 13C for most.
