ITV viewers were left fuming after watching jungle campmates reunite for one last time. Almost a week since I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of here ended, this year’s line-up came together for one final after show episode.

But while most contestants were upbeat, there was one incident with Dean McCullough that left viewers embarrassed.

The radio DJ had already taken issue with campmate Melvin Odoom calling him ‘Houdini’ while they were in the jungle – in reference to him disappearing when it came to their task of fetching water.

And it seems Dean is not willing to let it lie. Last night’s show saw him confront Melvin over the nickname, to which Melvin replied: “Me calling you Houdini was me telling you I needed help.”

But Dean snapped back: “Tell that to the papers.”

Viewers were unimpressed however, with one taking to X, formerly Twitter, to say: “Omg Dean was actually being serious, he really is the most pathetic person to ever enter the jungle and yes I’m including Gemma Collins in that.”

Another said: “Dean’s still pulling the “feel sorry for me card” even out of the jungle! Melvin called him Houdini… it was clearly a joke! He really needs to get a grip, so so bitter!”

And a third said: “Please tell me that the Dean and Melvin scene was like a skit because…mate, I’m embarrassed.”

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here finished last Sunday with McFly star Danny Jones crowned the king of the jungle. He made it to the final three alongside TV personality Coleen Rooney, who finished runner-up, and third place star Reverend Richard Coles.
