Spurs will take on last season’s Treble winners in north London at the end of the month, while Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea will host Aston Villa, who are enjoying a fruitful season under Unai Emery.
Meanwhile, non-league outfit Maidstone United, who are in the sixth tier of English football, have drawn Championship high-flyers Ipswich at Portman Road.
Fellow non-league side Eastleigh, who earned a replay in the third round with a 1-1 draw against Newport Country on Saturday, could host Manchester United in the fourth round if they prevail and Erik ten Hag’s side triumph over Wigan on Monday night.
Another headline from the fourth round draw is the possibility of a Black Country derby between West Bromwich Albion and Wolverhampton Wanderers, with the latter set to host Brentford in a third-round replay at Molineux next week.
Elsewhere, Liverpool earned themselves an easier fourth round draw after their 2-0 triumph over Premier League title challengers Arsenal, drawing either Norwich or Bristol Rovers at Anfield.
