Follow Mail Sport’s live blog for the latest score, team news and updates as Tottenham host Burnley in the FA Cup third round. Plus updates from Brentford vs Wolves and Fulham vs Rotherham.

Fulham 1-0 Rotherham

Despite the visitors struggling to muster up any sort of threat, they remain within touching distance of Fulham.

Andreas Pereira looked to try his luck straight from a corner but dropped the ambitious set piece onto the roof of the net.

Rotherham have made a triple change to liven themselves up.

Brentford 1-1 Wolves

Wolves, believe it or not, look the more likely to score again.

Max Kilman poked an effort wide after good work from Pedro Neto, who has single-handedly changed the game since coming on.

Pick that one out!

Tommy Doyle certainly has a taste for the spectacular.

HALF TIME! Tottenham 0-0 Burnley

Hmmmm. That was pretty tame.

Spurs, aside from a couple of half chances for Richarlison, have struggled to create and have been visibly laboured in possession.

Full credit to Burnley, they’re frustrating their hosts brilliantly.

Oh, to be a fly on the wall for Ange Postecoglou’s pep talk.

Tottenham 0-0 Burnley

Ange Postecoglou is not a happy man.

We’re into just one added minute at the end of the half.

GOAL! Brentford 1-1 Wolves (Doyle, 64)

The 10 men are level! Absolute scenes.

It was a stunning strike, too. A short corner was well worked and the ball was worked to Tommy Doyle, who took a touch and let fly.

No stopping that one. We’re all square at the Gtech.

Fulham 1-0 Rotherham

Play has restarted at Craven Cottage.

Tottenham 0-0 Burnley

This game is lacking real quality in both final thirds at the moment.

The home crowd are beginning to get a little frustrated with the number of sloppy passes, and Burnley are certainly standing firm.

Only a few minutes until the break.

Tottenham 0-0 Burnley

Vincent Kompany has urged his players to calm down. It’s all a bit frantic in possession at the moment, and that suits Spurs.

The hosts worked the ball out to the right for Pedro Porro earlier, and his cross was sent over the head of the waiting Richarlison.

Brennan Johnson saw it late and miscued his volley.

Horror miss

Look away now, Zeki Amdouni.

Brentford 1-0 Wolves

Pedro Neto is on for Wolves. Can he make an impact?

Tottenham 0-0 Burnley

Another VAR check, this time after Aaron Ramsey inadvertently brought his studs down and planted them on Giovani Lo Celso’s leg.

Ouch. Nothing comes of it, however.

Tottenham 0-0 Burnley

That would have been lovely! It was intricately worked by Burnley.

Josh Cullen and Anass Zaroury combined well on the edge of the box, allowing the latter to clip a ball over the top for Zeki Amdouni.

With just the keeper to beat, Amdouni tried to tuck home but instead fired horribly over the crossbar and into the stands.

The flag went up but he was onside. Huge let off for Spurs!

Brentford 1-0 Wolves

Play restarted in this game a few minutes ago.

No Pedro Neto yet for Wolves, which is surprising.

Myles Peart-Harris is on for the home side.

Tottenham 0-0 Burnley

Burnley are all at sea at the back.

They’re working hard to keep passes short around their box, but poor decision-making and execution are allowing Spurs to press them.

So far, the visitors are fortunate they haven’t been made to pay.

Tottenham 0-0 Burnley

Josh Cullen has gone into the book.

The midfielder chopped down Rodrigo Bentancur and was shown the first yellow card of the game.

VAR checked for a possible red card but play then restarted.

HALF TIME – Fulham 1-0 Rotherham

There goes the whistle at Craven Cottage.

Bobby De Cordova-Reid’s strike separates the two sides.

Fulham 1-0 Rotherham

POST! Fulham have hit the woodwork.

Andreas Pereira met Kenny Tete’s cross and was just inches away from doubling the home side’s lead.

Harrison Reed’s effort on the rebound was blocked.

Tottenham 0-0 Burnley

SAVE! The hosts were in again!

Richarlison was the man slotted in down the left but under pressure, he could only scuff a weak effort straight at the goalkeeper.

Spurs are playing some lovely football.

Tottenham 0-0 Burnley

SAVE! Spurs are piling on the pressure.

Brennan Johnson got away down the left and jinked onto his right foot.

His effort looked destined for the corner, but Arijanet Muric palmed it out for a corner. The set piece then came to nothing.

Tottenham 0-0 Burnley

CHANCE! Richarlison should do better.

The forward was released into the box by Oliver Skipp’s ball but could only pull his effort across the turf and wide of the far post.

He needed that pass on his left foot first.

Tottenham 0-0 Burnley

It’s been a bright start from both sides.

Burnley are looking to move the ball in behind Spurs’ high line and mustered up the first shot on target, with Guglielmo Vicario parrying.

Before that, Anass Zaroury blazed over from 25 yards.

HALF TIME – Brentford 1-0 Wolves

Thomas Frank’s side lead at the interval.

Neal Maupay’s goal piled the misery on the 10-man visitors.

Tottenham 0-0 Burnley

VAR check for a potential Spurs penalty… but nothing was given.

Destiny Udogie went down in the box after a slightly late swing from Anass Zaroury but play was waved to continue after a brief pause.

KICK OFF! Tottenham 0-0 Burnley

GOAL! Brentford 1-0 Wolves (Maupay, 41)

There’s the breakthrough at the Gtech!

The hosts were awarded a free-kick on the left and Wolves made a mess of clearing it, with the ball dropping to Neal Maupay.

A brilliant finish and no chance for Jose Sa.

Wolves, a man down and a goal behind, have a mountain to climb.

GOAL! Fulham 1-0 Rotherham (De Cordova-Reid, 24)

They were still to really test Rotherham’s goal but found the breakthrough after Bobby De Cordova-Reid’s superb effort.

The visitors lost possession at the back and the forward did the rest, ripping a shot into the back of the net from just outside the box.

Teams are out!

Here come the players at Tottenham.

Fulham 0-0 Rotherham

The hosts are on top in the capital.

They’ve racked up around 80 per cent possession so far but are yet to create a clear-cut chance to bother their opponents.

Andreas Pereira is pulling the strings in these early stages.

It’s almost time!

We’re just 15 minutes away from kick-off at Tottenham.

How is everyone feeling ahead of this one?

Brentford 0-0 Wolves

Brentford are beginning to pile the pressure on now.

Nathan Collins came closest against his former side, but his effort was bent over the crossbar. He’s had a rocky fortnight.

How does Gary O’Neil look to shut down this game?

Gearing up

The warm-ups are well underway at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Can this man find the target again this evening?

He may well fancy his chances against a shaky opponent…

Fulham 0-0 Rotherham – KICK OFF!

The ball is also rolling at Craven Cottage!

Brentford 0-0 Wolves – RED CARD!

Wow! Joao Gomes has been sent off for Wolves!

That was a nasty challenge on Christian Norgaard, who has unfortunately been forced off in an early blow for the hosts.

Vitaly Janelt will be introduced.

Dreaming of a giant-killing?

You just can’t beat the FA Cup third round. It’s magical.

Big name absentees

Tottenham have made two changes tonight – both enforced.

Son Heung-min and Pape Matar Sarr have both joined up with their respective countries ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations.

Oliver Skipp and Dejan Kulusevski have taken their places.

Reporting for duty

Can Burnley spring a shock this evening?

Vincent Kompany has made five changes from the side that conceded a last-gasp goal to lose 3-2 against Aston Villa last time out.

Arijanet Muric, Hannes Delcroix, Josh Cullen, Aaron Ramsey and Anass Zaroury have all been handed recalls by the manager.

Brentford 0-0 Wolves – KICK OFF!

We’re underway at Brentford!

Van de Ven, Sessegnon back

That is a huge boost for Tottenham.

Micky van de Ven missed Spurs’ last nine games due to a hamstring injury, while Ryan Sessesgon has missed almost a year.

Spurs have opted for a triumvirate of Dejan Kulusevski, Richarlison and Brennan Johnson, while Rodrigo Bentancur will captain the side.

Eric Dier, who has been linked with Bayern Munich, isn’t in the squad.

Postecoglou targeting trophies

Ange Postecoglou is desperate to win silverware at Tottenham, insisting he has been driven by glory throughout his managerial career.

Speaking ahead of the match, he said…

From my perspective it’s an opportunity for us to try to win a competition and for a club of our stature that has to be the ambition every year, that you go into every competition with the aim and the hope of winning some silverware. I love winning. It’s what I have done all my career.
