Port Vale and Wigan have been fined for failing to control their players in their League One game on 16 December.
Players from both teams were involved in a “a mass confrontation” after Wigan’s Chris Sze went down in the Vale penalty area under a challenge from Vale goalkeeper Connor Ripley.
Referee Marc Edwards ruled Sze had dived and both players were booked.
The clash came a minute after Ethan Chislett had put Vale 3-2 ahead, a goal which proved to be the winner.
Vale were fined £3,750 and the Latics £6,500 after admitting the charge.
