A council representative said the parade had been “filled with a Christmas stocking-full of magical moments” and had included “snow queens, glitter belles, bouncing elves, dancing snowmen and candy cane stilt walkers… alongside reindeer, owls, festive dinosaurs and even dancing sprouts”.
