Defence Editor at the Evening Standard, Robert Fox has said that this is “the era of polycrisis” after Nato has launched its biggest military exercise since 1988.
It comes as Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has ruled out the likelihood of people being drafted into the army after the head of the Army said Britain should “train and equip” a “citizen army” to ready the country for a potential land war.
