Tesco is the latest supermarket to recall a product because it could be contaminated.
Tesco told customers: “As a precaution, EM Pharma is recalling specific batches of Vizulize Irritated Eye Mist 10ml, due to potential microbiological contamination.”
Vizulize described the product as “a simple and convenient solution designed to soothe and relieve irritated, itchy eyes caused by hay fever, dust, pollution, air conditioning, smoke or bright lights – without the need to use eye drops”.
It is pH balanced to “be kind to eyes” and it is suitable for use with contact lenses.

Tesco told shoppers: “If you’ve bought an affected product, please don’t use it. Instead, return it to a Tesco store where a full refund will be given. No receipt is required.”
