A 14-year-old girl, who is accused of taking a knife into a high school, has been charged with attempted murder.
The teenager, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, was due to appear at Manchester Magistrates’ Court to face four charges.
The case relates to an incident in Stockport on 2 May, Greater Manchester Police said.
The girl was also charged with making threats to kill, involving the same female complainant as the attempted murder charge.
