Two young girls found dead alongside woman, 36, and man, 45, police confirm
A knife was found in woodland near the house where four people were found dead in Norfolk, locals claimed today. Police forced their way into a house in Costessey, near Norwich, Norfolk, where they made the grim discovery around 7am this morning (Fri). Norwich Constabulary said they were called to the property in Allan Bedford Crescent by a member of the public. All four people are believed to be known to one another and detectives believe the incident is ‘isolated’, the force said. Inquiries are under way to formally identify them, a spokesman added. Locals told regional newspaper the Eastern Daily Press that a knife was found in a woodland area near the house. The paper reported that police have not yet said whether it is linked and are forensically investigating the knife to see if it is related. Neighbours say a man from the house was reported missing just before Christmas and a drone circled the area at the time and also flew over the nearby woods. The man was later found walking along the Fairway near Allan Bedford Crescent.
