‘She has three young children under AGE of 10’ Royalists come to fierce defence of Kate, Princess of Wales

The Princess of Wales has been defended by royalists, after the future Queen was slammed in Omid Scobie’s latest royal book, Endgame.

The biography, penned by the ally of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, was released in the UK today and has made a bunch of new allegations against the royal family.

Among the claims, Scobie said critics had called Princess Kate “lazy”, and accused her of “avoiding regular royal duties” following her wedding to Prince William.

Another passage claims the Princess of Wales “jokingly shivers” when Meghan Markle’s name is mentioned.

Scobie wrote that Kate is “cold if she doesn’t like someone” and also accused her of “ignoring” Meghan’s cries for help, before leaving the royal family.

Royal commentators have hit out at Scobie’s attack on the Princess of Wales, with author Robert Jobson branding the claims a “character assassination”.

Discussing the new book on GB News, Royal Correspondent Cameron Walker reacted to the several new allegations made against Princess Kate.

Cameron said: “I think perhaps it’s just a different way of being a working royal.”

Cameron highlighted: “Let’s bear in mind she’s got three young children, most of which are under the age of 10.

“She has several patronages, but a very small number compared to perhaps the late Queen or Prince Philip, because she and Prince William choose to focus on topics very close to their heart.

“So with Kate it’s early childhood, Prince William environment or homelessness. So a lot more time with those charities and not all of it actually is in public. It’s a lot of work behind the scenes too.”

GB News host Isabel Webster argued that the public opinion is “very much on Kate and William’s side here in the UK”, and questioned if the release of Endgame will “further alienate” Meghan and Harry from the family.

Cameron said: “Like with Spare and like with the Netflix series, Kensington Palace and Buckingham Palace are very much not commenting.

“And the reason they’re not commenting, perhaps I think some people would argue, is the fact that opinion polls of working members of the royal family suggest that William and Catherine continue to be the most popular members of the royal family here in the UK.

“Harry and Meghan’s popularity in contrast has slumped in the UK. It’s not doing great in the United States either.

“So their strategy, the royal family’s strategy, of never complain, never explain, appears to be working, although I’m sure Prince William’s pretty annoyed by the by the description of Princess Catherine in this book.”

Royal commentator Jennie Bond also came to the defence of Kate, calling the attacks ‘snide’, ‘unkind’ and ‘untrue.’
