An underwater search for a man who went missing at a reservoir after he was believed to be paddleboarding has entered a second day.
Emergency services rescued a woman from the water at Dovestone Reservoir near Oldham at about 14:30 BST after reports of a couple going missing.
Specialist police officers are “set to make further assessments” as the search for the man continues, a Greater Manchester Police spokesman said.
The force has urged people to avoid the area while the operation is under way.
