Richard Tice says Reform UK will launch an inquiry into Covid vaccine injuries should they take to Government in the general election.
As part of a “contract” with the British people, the Reform leader spoke about the intense grilling afforded to Prime Minister Rishi Sunak by an incensed audience member at the GB News People’s Forum.
Tice defended Reform’s position on the matter, before going on to commit to an inquiry “for the first time”.
“It’s a huge issue”, he said.

“I was pro choice. We were the first people to say that young people or children should not be vaccinated.
“We need an inquiry into the vaccine injuries. That will be in our contract to the people.

“There has to be an inquiry. It needs to happen quickly and there needs to be proper payments made to those who are injured.”
The People’s Panel moment in question saw the Prime Minister appear flustered as he was pressed on the matter.
“My name is John Watt and I’m one of the Covid vaccine injured in this country”, said the audience member.
“I want you to look into my eyes. I want you to look at the pain, the trauma and the regret I have in my eyes.

“We have been left with no help at all. I know people who have lost legs, I know people with heart conditions like myself, Rishi Sunak.
“Why have I had to set up a support group in Scotland to look after the people that have been affected by the Covid-19 vaccine?
“Why are the people who are in charge, who told us all to do the right things, have left us all to rot and left and me and the 10s of thousands in this country to rot?”
He went on to lash out at the scheme in place for financial support for those affected by the vaccine, branding it “not fit for purpose”.

GB News host Stephen Dixon was forced to calm the matter, saying he raised some “very valid points”, but urged him to allow the PM to give a response.
“There is a vaccine compensation scheme that’s in place”, he said.
“Obviously, everyone individually will work through their cases. It’s difficult for me to comment on anyone’s individual case.
“I’m sure you’ll appreciate that. I’m very happy to go and look at the cases and I’m sure you’ll get them to the team here.”
The safety of vaccines has undergone extensive reviews in both adults and children by the independent Medicines and Healthcare products Regulator Agency (MHRA).
The body continues to monitor the safety of vaccines and reports of serious side effects are very rare.
