The real attendance for the fight between Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois has been revealed.
Dubois beat Joshua via knockout in the fifth round at Wembley on September 21.
It had been claimed that the attendance had broken the record for a boxing event at Wembley and also for post-war Europe.
Riyadh Season and Turki Alalshikh suggested that it was the highest-attended Wembley event ever.
Eddie Hearn had also backed up those claims.

An X user revealed that it had been confirmed to them by Brent Borough Council that the official attendance at Wembley was 85,466.
That is some way short of the figure of 96,000 which Alalshikh had suggested.
After the fight, Alalshikh wrote on X: ‘It’s happening Today at Wembley Stadium in front of 96,000 fans An unexpected end with a knockout…’.
Hearn supported that suggestion at a press conference as he said: ‘It’s the record; it’s 96,000, I think, at a time that British boxing needs a shot in the arm’.
94,000 fans watched Tyson Fury defeat Dillian Whyte at Wembley in 2022.
Joshua has been given a ban from boxing following his defeat to Dubois.
After Dubois retained his IBF heavyweight title, Joshua is now not permitted to enter the ring for 28 years.
However, Joshua is adamant that he wants to continue fighting.

Joshua said: ‘And you’re probably asking, ‘Do I want to continue fighting?’ Of course I want to continue fighting.
‘That’s why I said we took a shot at success and we came up short. And what does that mean right now?
‘Are we gonna run away? Are we going live to fight another day? And that’s what I am. A warrior’.
