As the NFL’s regular season enters the final stretch, there are a number of coaches who are looking nervously over their shoulder as ‘Black Monday’ looms.
While 14 teams sharpen their focus with the playoffs beginning, the remaining organizations have been pondering whether to stick or twist with their head coaches ahead of one of the most ruthless days on the football calendar.
And it appears that there are four teams who could make changes once the final games of the campaign are finished.
According to a report in OutKick, one man who is almost definitely on his way out is the Arizona Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon.
They end the season against the Los Angeles Rams, a team many consider to be a Super Bowl contender, and have lost 13 out of their last 14 games.
Another West Coast team who will likely be looking for a new head coach, according to the report, is the Las Vegas Raiders.

There is growing pressure on the New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn, too
They are favorites to inherit the No 1 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft after losing on Sunday to the New York Giants, who as it stands will have the second pick.
But after an offseason overhaul, the Raiders were expecting more from head coach Pete Carroll and quarterback Geno Smith, who they traded for from the Seattle Seahawks.
New York Jets coach Aaron Glenn is also named as a coach likely to be on the way out.
There have been minimal signs of improvement at the Jets under Glenn. The team were blown away at home to the New England Patriots, losing 42-10.
They are 3-13 going into a game against the Buffalo Bills at Highmark Stadium on Sunday, a game that Josh Allen’s side are overwhelming favorites to win.
Glenn has, however, insisted that he believes he has the backing of the Jets owners to oversee and continue a rebuild. If he is fired, he would only have held onto his first head coaching role for a season.
A coach who has one game to save his job is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers man Todd Bowles.
The Bucs meet Carolina Panthers on Saturday where a win will take them into the playoffs. If they lose that, there is a high chance he will be fired, OutKick say.
After starting the season in such promising form, the Bucs have lost seven of eight. Last Sunday, they needed to beat the Miami Dolphins – who were already out of the playoff hunt – to secure postseason football but lost 17-20.
Mike McDaniel, the Dolphins head coach, was under huge scrutiny with the team 1-6 to start the season. General manager Chris Grier left in late October and McDaniel has also benched quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.

The signal caller seems destined to leave in the offseason, 18 months after signing a new $212million contract with the organization.
But McDaniel now appears to have ridden out the pressure on his own job with the team now 7-9.
OutKick also adds that Kevin Stefanski of the Cleveland Browns and Zac Taylor of the Cincinnati Bengals are safe.
