A video showing the violent attack was shared on social media with the group’s actions condemned by both Raith and Dunfermline officials.
The unnamed victim of the attack can be seen lying on the ground as he is repeatedly punched and kicked by the youths as they shouted slurs.
The teenager’s hearing aids fell out during the assault, causing them to break.
Dunfermline Athletic fan club, Section North West, have also condemned the actions of the group and have offered to contribute to the cost of replacing the broken hearing aids.
