Princess Eugenie celebrated the late Queen, Princess Beatrice and Sarah Ferguson with unseen photos posted on social media.

The princess marked International Women’s Day yesterday with a post about the “incredible women” in her life.

Eugenie posted nine photographs spotlighting her mother, Sarah Ferguson, her sister, Princess Beatrice and her late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.

The royal posted on Instagram: “Happy International Women’s day!

“Taking a moment to celebrate some of the incredible women in my life, whilst being so proud to bring up boys so they can go on to celebrate the women in theirs.”

Princess Eugenie shares two young sons, August Philip Hawke Brooksbank and Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank, with her husband Jack Brooksbank.

The first photo shows herself with Princess Beatrice and Sarah Ferguson standing in elegant black ball gowns at The Anti-Slavery Collective event called Force for Freedom.

Another photo depicts the close bond between the two sisters in a photo of Beatrice and Eugenie leaning cheek to cheek and smiling into the camera during a chilly walk.

The royal shared a number of smiling photos with her mother from when they were children to a recent arctic trip.

Eugenie also paid tribute to another important woman in her life – the late Queen Elizabeth II.

The princess posted a photo of the Queen and herself sitting on a bench; Eugenie previously used the photo for the anniversary of her grandmother’s death.

The Duchess of York also took to social media to celebrate the special day and posted her own tribute to her daughters, the late Queen and Princess Diana.

She posted: “Happy #InternationalWomensDay. Today is a day to celebrate, to cherish, to honour, and to love all of the women making an impact, big or small, privately or loudly.

“I’m grateful for all of the amazing women in my life and remembering all of those who have left their profound light forever in my heart.”

The duchess opened with a post of her driving a convertible with a young Princess Beatrice in the backseat wearing round, pink sunglasses.

Other photos showed an image of Queen Elizabeth when she was young and her late friend Lisa Marie Presley.

LATEST ROYAL NEWS:

Elvis Presley’s daughter, Lisa, and Fergie were close friends and the duchess spoke at her memorial service in January 2023.

In the speech, she quoted Queen Elizabeth stating: “My late mother-in-law used to say that nothing [that] can be said can begin to take away the anguish and the pain of these moments, because grief is the price we pay for love. And how right she was.”

Another photo shows the duchess standing in a polka dot outfit with Princess Diana.

Fergie has often spoken about her friendship with Diana and once remarked: “Her mother and my mother were at school together, and they were best friends. And Diana was my fourth cousin. You know, it’s just extraordinary that we were brought together.”
