Princess Beatrice could be tempted to move homes in the future despite settling into her £3.5million Cotswolds farmhouse, according to a property expert.

Robin Edwards, a property buying agent at Curetons, told GB News that the princess’s current Gloucestershire residence, purchased with husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in 2021, might not remain their forever home.

“It has six bedrooms in the main house, so is already quite spacious, and should suit their needs for now, but with a growing family it could potentially prompt a move in the future,” Edwards said.

The princess is currently expecting her second child, due in early spring.

The Cotswolds property boasts extensive amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts.

The couple have recently expanded their living space by converting an outbuilding into guest accommodation.

These additions complement the main six-bedroom farmhouse, providing ample space for their blended family, which includes Edoardo’s eight-year-old son Wolfie from a previous relationship.

“It is possible Beatrice and Edoardo might seek a larger property with additional amenities in time,” Edwards told GB News.

However, Edwards suggests renovation is more likely than relocation, given Edoardo’s background in property development.

“Given Edoardo’s extensive property expertise, it is more likely they will consider renovating or extending their current home to make it more suitable for their growing family, rather than moving,” he explained to GB News.

Edoardo brings significant experience to any property decisions, having founded Banda Property in 2007.

This expertise could prove crucial in adapting their current residence rather than seeking a new home.

The location of their Cotswolds home offers significant advantages for the royal couple.

“They apparently love the location of the property and have many close friends who live in the Cotswold area,” Edwards revealed to GB News.

The property’s position allows easy access to family, with Edwards noting it is “only a short two-hour drive to Prince Andrew and the Duchess of York at Royal Lodge in Windsor.”

Edoardo’s mother, Nikki Williams-Ellis, also resides nearby in Old Meadow House in the Cotswolds.

Friend and nutritionist Gabriela Peacock confirmed the appeal of the location, telling Hello: “Bea spends a lot of time in the countryside now too, and she’s only a short drive away, so it’s super nice for us and it will be lovely for the babies to be friends too.”
