Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are set to be snubbed but King Charles will consider a different member of the monarchy for promotion to working royal, according to a royal commentator.
The Princesses of York have been mooted as the most likely candidates for a promotion to help ease the burden on some of the senior working royals.
Earlier this year a source claimed that the Royal Family held emergency meetings over whether to call up Beatrice, 35, and Eugenie, 33, to help carry out some engagements.
Princess Anne has been openly critical of King Charles’s decision to streamline the monarchy.

However, royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams told GB News that Beatrice and Eugenie will not considered due to their father Prince Andrew’s ongoing situation.
Fitzwilliams said: “I think it would have been a different situation if Andrew had not been in disgrace.
“But as it is, I don’t think that is likely.
“There might be the possibility of Lady Louise Windsor [becoming a working royal] once she has finished her studies.”

She is currently studying at St Andrews University, where both the Prince and Princess of Wales attended in the early 2000s.
Princess Eugenie is the closest member of the Royal Family to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The Duke of Sussex has a strong bond with his cousin and she was the first member of the monarchy that he introduced to Meghan when they began dating.

Fitzwilliams highlighted the friendship between Harry and Eugenie as having the potential to help bridge the gap between the Sussexes and the Royal Family.
He said: “Princess Eugenie knows what she is doing.
“The fact she is close to the Sussexes could be an advantage. You need a foot in both camps.
“One day they will hope for a peaceful resolution so that could be very useful.”
