The Prince of Wales in attendance to watch Aston Villa playing their penultimate league phase game in the UEFA Champions League in Monaco.
It is the first time Prince William has publicly left the UK this year.
Villa, which is the Prince of Wales’s favourite team, have participated in the top tier European competition this season for the first time since 1983.
