Prince Harry “feels exactly the same” as Prince William about Meghan Markle’s “missing” engagement ring, a fashion expert has claimed.

The Duchess of Sussex has not been seen wearing her engagement ring since May of this year, forgoing the piece of jewellery at the Invictus Games and her recent outing at the Variety gala.

The reason behind Meghan refusing to wear her engagement ring is unknown, however, she has sparked speculation that the jewellery piece is “missing”.

According to Danielle Rogers-Clark, a fashion expert and founder of Give Good Dress, the Prince of Wales is “concerned” about the “missing” engagement ring.

This is because the ring contains diamonds from the late Diana, Princess of Wales’s jewellery collection.

Rogers-Clark exclusively told GB News: “Prince William is said to be concerned that the ring is missing.

“William is very protective over his late mother Princess Diana’s memory and her legacy.

“Her stunning and precious jewellery collection forms a very important part of that.

“From William’s perspective, he has memories of her wearing every single piece and would be concerned if a piece was missing.”

Rogers-Clark also suggested that the Duke of Sussex, 39, is equally worried about the “missing” ring.

She claimed: “Equally, Harry has as much right to his mother’s pieces as William.

“I am sure William is aware that his brother feels exactly the same and would do his best to make sure the diamonds remain safe and loved.”

In the Sussexes’ engagement interview in 2017, Prince Harry described the engagement ring he used to propose to Meghan.

He said: “The ring is obviously yellow gold because that’s [Meghan’s] favourite.

“The main stone itself I sourced from Botswana and the little diamonds on either side are from my mother’s jewellery collection, to make sure that she’s with us on this crazy journey together.”
