Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have issued a fresh statement after Kate’s photo blunder.
Sources close to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex previously commented that the duchess would ‘never’ make Princess Kate’s photo blunder.

However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have set the record straight and denied making any claims about Kate’s photo edits.
A spokesperson from Harry and Meghan’s Archewell Foundation told Newsweek: “With respect to Page Six, that did not come from us.”
It is possible that the quotes came from someone connected to the Sussexes who were not authorised to speak on their behalf.
The sources claimed that the incident showed how the royal couples are treated differently, according to Page Six.

They said: “If Harry and Meghan had ever encountered the same issue they would have been annihilated.
“The same rules do not apply to both couples.
“This isn’t a mistake that Meghan would ever make … she has a keen eye and freakish attention to detail.”
Six international photo agencies removed Kate’s image from their archives and wire services following fears that the photo had been “manipulated.”
Kate subsequently took to social media to apologise for her mistake and the confusion the photograph caused.
She said: “Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing.
“I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused.
“I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day. C”

Another source has said that if the tables were turned, Meghan would have been treated much differently than the Princess of Wales.
Lynn Carratt from Press Box PR told The Mirror: “Had the photo scandal happened to Meghan Markle, [she] would have been treated much worse, especially in the UK.
“Most photos are edited before they reach the public, especially in terms of lighting and colouring. Meghan herself have previously been accused of editing the official press pictures.”
The Sussexes were previously accused of editing their 2019 Christmas Card which featured their young son Archie.
