Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have been reunited with their mother the Princess of Wales following her return home.

Princess Kate spent two weeks in the London Clinic hospital after undergoing abdominal surgery on January 16.

The royal was discharged from hospital on Monday and has returned to her home in Windsor.

Prince William visited his wife throughout her stay at the London hospital.

Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have been reunited with their mother.

Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5, did not visit the London Clinic and had not seen their mother in person for a fortnight.

However, Kate was reunited with her children on Monday evening.

Kensington Palace provided an update on Kate’s health in a statement released yesterday.

They said: “The Princess of Wales has returned home to Windsor to continue her recovery from surgery. She is making good progress.

“The Prince and Princess wish to say a huge thank you to the entire team at The London Clinic, especially the dedicated nursing staff, for the care they have provided.

“The Wales family continues to be grateful for the well wishes they have received from around the world.”

The Princess of Wales is not expected to undertake any working duties until after Easter.
