Prince Andrew could be “forced out” of Royal Lodge, following the release of damaging documents detailing sexual assault allegations, royal sources have claimed.

The Duke of York has lived in Royal Lodge in Windsor since 2003, at which point he signed a 75-year lease for the property.

These newly released court documents are believed to have strengthened King Charles’s decision on the matter.

A source told the publication: “When it comes to any public role for his brother, there is no way back.

“There has always been an agreement that Andrew would be permitted to attend private and family events, as is his right.

“But not public or official ones. That has not changed.”

Prince Andrew was one of the high-profile figures named in the trove of previously unreleased documentsPA
