His planning statement has been submitted by agents HAD & Co Property Consultants.

Their statement read: “The security measures and proposed accredited management company should give reassurance to the occupants and the neighbourhood that the safety of the area will not suffer as a result of this proposal.

“The property is within an adequate travel network that will enable residents of the HMO to make use of sustainable transport methods to access local and other services.”

The proposed property would be three storeys with a ground floor, first floor and a loft floor.

If approved, the house would be divided and extended to create extra bedrooms with shared communal living space, bathrooms and kitchen and dining facilities.

Private parking along with secure bicycle racks would also be provided to the outside areas as well as a bin store.
