Peter Andre’s fans jumped to his defence earlier this week after a “cruel” comment was left in response to a video he posted on his Instagram, giving an update on his daughter’s sleeping habits.
Andre welcomed his fifth child in April and has been keeping loyal fans updated on their progress as a family, including the reveal of her name which he and his wife Emily MacDonagh debated on for a couple of weeks.
The Mysterious Girl singer recently shared a video on his Instagram page where he stated his daughter – Arabella Rose Andrea – was a “true Aussie” after picking up an international sleep schedule.
He explained: “Just dropped off Millie and Theo to school, and I have just realised that my daughter here is a true Aussie because she is sleeping on the Australian time zone.
“At night here when it’s morning in Australia she is wide awake and in the morning here when it is nighttime in Australia she’s asleep. She is 100 percent an Aussie.”
He captioned the post: “She is a true Aussie. She has to be,” which left many to flock to the comment section and show their support.

However, one follower irked their fellow users after implying that Peter looked more like Arabella’s grandad than her father.
The Instagram user wrote: “You look lovely with your granddaughter.”
Defending the star, one quipped back: “Silly statement to say that if you are a fan you would know if not go away with your opinions.”
Another added: “Oh the things you will say for attention you sad little woman! Jealousy is a terrible disease and you clearly suffer quite badly from it.”
“What is it with people!! Spoiling such a beautiful post!!!” a third slammed.

After keeping his fans on the edge about the bundle of joy’s name, Andre recently explained the emotional significance behind it.
Writing in a recent column for OK! Magazine, he said: “A couple of weeks ago I told Emily it was her turn to choose a baby name since she’d brought our baby into the world.
“Emily wanted us to decide together, but when she suggested the name Arabella Rose, I instantly thought, ‘That’s so beautiful’. I suppose we’ll call her Bella or Belle for short.”

Touching upon the significance behind the moniker, Andre added: “Her name suits her perfectly and Rose is what we initially called Millie for the first few weeks. Our family feels complete.”
The couple already have daughter Amelia, 10, and six-year-old son Theo, whilst Andre shares son Junior, 18, and Princess, 16, with his ex-wife Katie Price.
