Penny Lancaster and Rod Stewart were recently forced to address “false” feud rumours after reports suggested the pair were struggling to agree on their future.
Former model Lancaster allows her social media feed to speak for itself as speculation comes and goes, with her photos displaying the power couple and their family as stronger than ever – and her most recent post of her and Stuart’s two sons have left fans in disbelief.
It was recently reported Lancaster, 53, and rocker husband Stewart, 79, were “at a stalemate” over a disagreement about moving from their LA home to permanently reside in the UK.
However, Maggie May hit-maker Stewart soon “set the record straight” as he published a statement on Instagram, reiterating: “There is absolutely no rift between Penny and I and no disagreement over where we should reside, in fact, it’s the opposite.”
The couple continue to actively use their social media accounts to share their goings-on with fans and their continuing career updates, and this weekend Lancaster shared a rare snap of their two sons, Alastair and Aiden.
She captioned the post, which showed the two teenagers dressed formally and posing in front of a fireplace: “Brothers in arms @alastairwstewart @aiden.stewart1888 @lochlomondgolfclub #familytime #scotland.”
Her followers on social media were in awe over how much her and Stewart’s sons resembled each of them, with many noting youngest Aiden was “identical” to the classic singer.
One penned: “Penny, both of those boys are so good looking… The younger one looks like a spitting image of Rod Stewart.”
“Great photo one son is very much like you and the younger son is Rods double,” a second echoed.
“Wonderful looking lads…. One a spitting image of Mum & the other….a young Rod Stewart,” someone else pointed out.

A ffith commented: “Gorgeous boys , the younger one so like your hubby the older boy is your double.”

A different fan posted: “Handsome boys. Younger boy is a young version of Rod.” (sic)

While their two sons, 18 and 13 respectively, are the couple’s only children together, Stewart has six others from previous marriages.
Earlier this year, the blended family were snapped partying together as they marked a milestone.
Taking to her Instagram account in August, Lancaster shared a photo of her and her husband cosied up together as she wrote: “@wolfieswhisky 1 year anniversary party @thebarbershoplv after @sirrodstewart shows @caesarspalace.”
Other snaps from the night showed a the rare reunion of all of Stewart’s children as they celebrated at a glitzy event.
