Former Our Yorkshire Farm star Reuben Owen has impressed fans recently with his solo Channel 5 series, Life in the Dales.

The young farmer explores life in the rural area he grew up in as he delves further into running his own business in the Yorkshire countryside.

Owen, 20, is used to documenting parts of his life as he starred in Our Yorkshire Farm from 2018 to 2022.

The Channel 5 show followed Owen’s parents, Amanda and Clive, as they ran Ravenseat Farm with the help of their nine children.

The couple announced their divorce in 2022 and the series was brought to an abrupt end but Reuben has followed in his mum and dad’s footsteps and continues to work in the Dales.

He and his dad Clive starred in a separate series, Beyond the Yorkshire Farm, which was axed after two series and now, fans have been wondering if they’ll reunite in the youngster’s solo venture.

Fans of the family have been wondering why Clive hasn’t been featured in Life in the Dales, with several asking via social media about his noticeable absence from the show.

Owen has finally addressed the subject, explaining Clive had simply been helping his son to adjust to his business venture and is now allowing him to find his feet on his own.

According to Express.co.uk, Owen said of his father’s absence in Life in the Dales: “Dad worked with us when I first started setting up the company because I was very new to it and Dad has done all sorts through his life with machinery.

“He showed us the basics of how to keep everything going.
