Omid Scobie’s Endgame has experienced staggeringly low sales as Britons have turned their backs on the new royal book.
The author’s book was released worldwide on November 28, however, it only sold 6,448 copies in the UK in its first week.
Another royal author, Valentine Low, mocked Scobie on X regarding his staggeringly low book sales.
He wrote: “Congratulations to Omid Scobie, whose book Endgame sold 6,448 copies in the UK in its first week.

“That is almost as many as my book Courtiers, which sold 6,520 in its first week.”
In comparison, Scobie’s first book Finding Freedom, which was co-authored by Carolyn Durand, sold 31,000 in its first week in 2020.
While, Prince Harry’s autobiography Spare, which was released in January 2023, sold a record-breaking 467,183 copies in its first week.
This became the fastest-selling non-fiction book since records began in 1998.
