Given her social media stardom, some fans openly questioned ‘if Dunne’s teammates are nice to her.’
She used humor to address the issue with a video for her 7.8 million TikTok followers to enjoy.
In the video, Dunne invited the camera to walk with her into the locker room where her teammates were in a huddle. After enthusiastically saying ‘hey everybody,’ upon her entry, Dunne’s teammates turned around and walked away.
‘They hate me,’ Dunne sarcastically captioned the clip.
The camera panned to teammate KJ Johnson, sat on a bench, who said, ‘Ew’, after seeing Dunne. It then cut to a clip of Dunne dancing while teammates encircle her with cheers and flashlights.
Dunne is in her final season with the Tigers and has been adamant about winning the NCAA title.
In the SEC, Dunne notched a silver medal as a freshman, finished fifth as a sophomore and collected bronze as a junior. She made her lone NCAA championship appearance in her first year with LSU.
