GMP previously said officers believed the shooter was riding an electric bike and it was a “targeted attack” on Shaw Street.
Seven people who were previously arrested on suspicion of attempted murder have been bailed while the investigation continues.
They include three “juveniles, alongside an 18-year-old man, a 19-year-old man, a man in his 20s and a man in his 40s,” a GMP spokesperson said.
Mr Glasgow-Lattibeaudiere, of no fixed abode, was due to appear before magistrates earlier charged with two counts of attempted murder.
