Bills linebacker Von Miller has turned himself in after police issued an arrest warrant over accusations that he ‘put his hands around his pregnant girlfriend’s neck, shoved her and pulled her hair.’
A spokesperson for the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office told TMZ that the 34-year-old, NFL veteran was booked at the Glenn Heights Police Department in Glenn Heights, Texas, at around 4 p.m. (C.T.) on Thursday.
He faces a felony charge of assault on a pregnant person.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, police say the incident initially started at Miller’s apartment in the Dallas-Forth Worth area at roughly 10:40 a.m., Wednesday, when he and his girlfriend argued over their travel plans for this upcoming weekend.
The woman became upset during the altercation, left the bedroom and walked into the home’s office, closing the door fling shut behind her, docs further state. That’s when Miller grew ‘visibly angry’.

Authorities then say in the documents that Miller managed to enter the office room, demanding for his girlfriend to leave the apartment.
The woman, according to documents, said she acted in according with his request, but wanted to grab a few of her belongings, like a laptop and some cell phones, prior to her departure from the residence as ‘they were both cohabitants of the unit.’
That’s when Miller, however, allegedly became violent.
