GB News presenter Nana Akua has reacted to Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer’s plans to tackle the growing UK migrant crisis.

Speaking to GB News members, Nana said: “Keir Starmer made a pretty dull, boring speech. What he’s come out with is some sort of force who will deal on an international level with the smugglers – something kind of what we’ve already got.

“But he’s going to scrap Rwanda. Look, I don’t know about you, but he hasn’t mentioned where people are going to go if they fail asylum here or they cannot be sent to their own country, the place that they’ve come from. So he will need a third country.

“So I wait with bated breath to hear what Keir Starmer has to say about it, because right now, as far as I can see, as much as I think Rwanda’s really expensive, it’s actually working.”
