A murder inquiry has been launched after a man was found dead in a house.
Suffolk Police was called to an address in Hawthorn Drive, Ipswich, shortly before 18:00 GMT on Wednesday.
It has named the victim as 63-year-old William McNicholl, known as Billy, who was from the town.
The preliminary results of a Home Office post-mortem on Saturday indicated he died from multiple injuries.
