British Mickey Mouse fans are in for a treat – as a popular Disney cruise ship is set to make its debut journey from the UK.
Disney Wish will set sail from Southampton to various European destinations for the very first time in 2027.
The much-loved vessel, by Disney Cruise Line, will offer a range of trips – including three, four, five and seven-night voyages.
The ship will also depart from Italy and Spain.
During its sailings, the liner will stop at various destinations across Europe such as HellesyIt in Norway, Zadar in Croatia and Trieste in Italy.
Disney Wish is the entertainment giant’s fifth cruise ship and can host 4,000 passengers.
The ship’s interior captures Disney magic and boasts a glittering Grand Hall – a replica of the ballroom where Cinderella meets Prince Charming.
On board there are nine pools and guests can enjoy the world’s first Frozen-themed theatrical dining experience.

There are plenty of entertainment options too, with West End-style performances to watch, and waterslides for more action-packed fun.
When the ship launched in 2022, the Wish Tower Suite, a penthouse in the forward funnel, was the ‘first of its kind’.
Disney called the Moana-inspired room its’ most unique accommodation yet’.
Other Disney cruises are changing destinations, including Disney Magic and Disney Wonder which are set to return to Alaska.
They will host seven-night sailings from Vancouver, while Wonder will also offer six and eight-night voyages.
Last year, the entertainment giant launched its seventh vessel – Disney Destiny – which made its maiden voyage in November.
With a heroes and villains theme throughout, the ship has a grand hall based on Marvel and features a statue of Black Panther hero King T’Challa.
Children can even team up with Star Wars’ Chewbacca to prep for a mission in a galaxy far, far away.

And when it comes to dining, there is an immersive Lion-King inspired restaurant.
Musicians and actors tell the tale of Simba’s rise from cub to king, while diners tuck into themed culinary treats.
In other cruise news, Oceania Cruises, a luxury operator based in America, will now exclusively be offering voyages for adults.
The transition began on January 7, with bookings made on or after this date only accepted for over 18s..
