Marks & Spencer is bringing back the classic snowball cocktail this Christmas with the launch of an exclusive-recipe Advocaat liqueur.
In a first for the drinks industry, M&S has created an Advocaat made with free-range egg yolks, offering a modern twist on the retro favourite.
The premium retailer is on a mission to revive this nostalgic festive drink, which has been a staple of British Christmas celebrations for generations.
The new product aims to capture the essence of traditional Advocaat while addressing contemporary consumer preferences for ethically sourced ingredients.

The new M&S Advocaat is described as tasting “like custard in a glass” with a rich, creamy and sweet flavour profile.
Customers can enjoy this festive tipple served on the rocks or mixed with lemonade and lime juice, topped with a maraschino cherry for the classic snowball serve.
The exclusive liqueur is now available for purchase at M&S Foodhalls nationwide.
Shoppers can also find the product through online retailer Ocado, making it easily accessible for those planning their Christmas celebrations.
