Strictly Come Dancing’s four remaining couples are now battling it out to be crowned this year’s winner as the finale commences.
Last week, the public vote meant the couples competing in the very last show of the series would be Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell, JB Gill and Lauren Oakley, Tasha Ghouri and Aljaz Skorjanec and Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola.
As the grand finale show opened, it was clear everyone involved had pulled out all the stops.
The couples took to the floor for a range of different dances, starting with one of their previous routines picked out by the judges.
However, after hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman took to the floor to launch the glitzy final show, fans were more distracted by one of the judges.
As the panel, Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Shirley Ballas and Anton Du Beke took their seats, many were left puzzled by Mabuse’s striking black and white dress.

Taking to X, a flood of fans compared the striped outfit to a zebra, while others questioned who made the decision on the attire.
“#StrictlyComeDancing wtf is Motsi wearing?” one asked bluntly.
A second pondered: “Who on earth dressed Motsi? #StrictlyComeDancing.”
“Motsi making it tricky for submarines to judge her distance and bearing in that dress #Strictly,” another joked.

“Why has Motsi come as a Zebra? #Strictly,” someone else shared.
“Who dressed Motsi #Strictly,” another echoed, with one more adding: “Oh, Motsi’s come as a zebra! #strictly.” (sic)
The dress was a full-length zebra-print style which was complete with a neck design in the same print.
While no doubt eye-catching, it seems Mabuse inadvertently took away from the opening spectacle, which included a brief dance featuring the whole panel and the hosts.
The four remaining celebrities also made a grand entrance, appearing first solo and later joined by their professional partners.
While anything could happen in terms of the final result, it was revealed earlier this week McCausland had made history already.
The 47-year-old comedian remains the bookies’ favourite to win after sailing through the competition, but it seems his popularity is unmatched
McCausland has remained an odds-on favourite after initially making history as the show’s first blind contestant.
With odds of 1/20 and a 95 percent probability of a victory, betting company Betfred have labelled him as the shortest-priced Strictly frontrunner in the market’s history.
