Mike Tindall took his five-year-old daughter Lena on a charity fun run over the weekend.
The Rugby for Heroes family run was held to support veterans adjusting to civilian life at Sir Thomas Rich’s School and Old Richians RFC in Gloucester.
Mike and Zara Tindall’s second daughter completed a five-kilometre run, taking after her parents’ sporting talents.
Lena could have opted for the easier three-kilometre route but opted against this.

During the race, the young royal was jogging in a red T-shirt, occasionally holding her father’s hand.
At times, Lena appeared slightly shy as she hugged the former rugby champion’s leg.
The event was organised by the Rugby for Heroes charity, of which Mike, along with television presenter Nick Knowles, is a patron.
The day’s activities were open to all, with courses adapted for different fitness abilities.

Those taking part could walk or run over three distances, with the longest race being 10 kilometres.
Lena is 23rd in line to the throne. She has two siblings, Mia, 10, and Lucas, two.
On Saturday, the five-year-old attended the Cheltenham Festival trials day at Cheltenham Racecourse with her Olympic equestrian mother, Zara.
The 42-year-old looked beautiful in a plum-coloured coat from The Fold London.

As a child, Princess Anne’s daughter represented first Beaudesert Park School in Stroud and Gordonstoun School in a variety of sports.
This included hockey, athletics and gymnastics.
She later represented Team GB in the London 2012 Olympic Games as an equestrian.
Zara was following in the footsteps of her mother, the Princess Royal, who participated in the 1976 Montreal Olympics.
