Mike McCarthy will not be fired by the Dallas Cowboys, despite their shock wild-card round exit to Green Bay Packers over the weekend.

Adam Schefter said Wednesday night that McCarthy will lead the team for the 2024 season, the final year of his contract in Dallas as head coach.
