With festive food already filling supermarket shelves, shoppers may have started to think about getting prepared for Christmas.

Whether looking to brighten your home or organise a thoughtful Christmas gift, flowers can be a great option at this time of year.

Retailer Marks & Spencer has shared its festive selection is available to order now and can be delivered from the end of next month.

It said in an Instagram post: “The best of the season has arrived.

“Whether you’re looking to surprise someone special or bring festive vibes to your own home, our stunning Christmas flower collection has it all.

“From gorgeous bouquets with fragrant roses, eucalyptus and cinnamon sticks, to classic red and green arrangements with pinecones, we’ve got something for every festive style.”

It added that customers can order Christmas flowers now for delivery from November 27.

The social media post caught the attention of excited shoppers and some reacted to the news with ‘heart eyes’ emojis or simple love hearts.

One M&S customer said the range has “beautiful flowers” while another agreed, penning, “these are gorgeous”.

This is the latest M&S Christmas treat that eager shoppers have been able to order, as its Christmas food has been available to peruse for weeks.

Its Christmas Food to Order service is open now for customers to plan, whether they are preparing for Christmas dinners, Boxing Day buffets or New Year nibbles.

M&S has unveiled a number of new items this year. According to the retailer, the “star of the show” is their “Best Ever Slow-Cooked Turkey” (£85, 2.75kg), a free-range Pembrokeshire turkey crown brined in buttermilk for tenderness.

The Collection British Wagyu Rump of Beef (£60, 1kg) offers a turkey-free alternative and vegetarians can enjoy the Vegetarian Nut Roast (£12, 800g) packed with nuts, cranberries and Barbers Cheddar.
