Marks & Spencer has issued an urgent product recall for its Southern Fried Chicken Burgers and Chicken Kyivs in Northern Ireland after Salmonella was detected in the products.
The affected items have use-by dates between January 26 and February 1, 2025.
Customers who have purchased these products are being advised not to return them to their nearest store for a full refund.

The recalled Chicken Kyivs are sold in 320g packs containing two pieces, with a use-by date of January 26, 2025.
In a separate statement, Marks & Spencer wrote: “Please do not consume this product.
“Any customers in possession of this product can return it to their nearest store where a full refund will be given.
“Customer safety is of paramount importance to Marks & Spencer and we take all issues regarding the production of our foods extremely seriously.”
Point of sale notices are being displayed in all retail stores selling these products to inform customers about the recall.
The notices explain the reason for the recall and provide guidance on what customers should do if they have purchased the affected items.
Symptoms of Salmonella typically include fever, diarrhoea and abdominal cramps.
M&S has urged customers who have purchased any of the affected products not to consume them.
