A man has been arrested and charged in connection with the deaths of three fishermen in 2022, States of Jersey Police have said.
The fishing boat L’Ecume II sank after a collision with the Commodore Goodwill ferry off Jersey in December 2022, with Micheal Michieli, Jervis Ramirez Baligat and Larry Simyunn onboard.
Police said the suspect was due to appear in court later charged with three counts of manslaughter.
Officer said their thoughts remained with the families of the men who died.
