LPGA star Jennifer Chang saw her golf clubs and bag destroyed after a recent flight on Delta Air Lines.
The 25-year-old, who is ranked No 407 in the world, reposted a video which revealed a huge hole in her travel bag.
Her driver head cover was also ripped and charred, while a chunk was missing from her nine iron.
‘Custom made by Delta,’ Chang sarcastically wrote alongside the video on Instagram, which claimed the airline had ‘run over some clubs’.
‘We have seen what the customer says happened on social media and are looking to get in contact with her directly to understand more,’ a Delta spokesperson told DailyMail.com.

Chang is in the field in Florida this week for ‘The ANNIKA’, an LPGA event hosted by golf legend Annika Sorenstam. The 25-year-old has earned $110,400 in prize money so far in 2024, having made the cut in seven of her 11 starts.
It is not the first time this year that Delta has come under the spotlight over its handling of golf clubs on flights.
Back in May, the airline apologized and asked for a ‘mulligan’ after baggage handlers were filmed tossing a college team’s golf bags off a plane on to the tarmac.
‘Nice of @Delta to handle our clubs with such care…’ the official account for East Tennessee State Men’s Golf posted on X alongside the shocking clip.
Team members could be heard watching in disbelief and despair as their golf bags – each likely containing thousands of dollars’ worth of clubs – were hauled off a conveyor belt.
One by one the clubs – protected only by a travel bag – were tossed straight on to the floor before another staff member chucked them on to a trolley.
Delta informed the school that the baggage handlers in the clip were not company employees but the airline nevertheless vowed to make it up to the team.
‘We apologize to the ETSU Golf team and ask for a mulligan on how their equipment was handled,’ Delta also said in a statement to DailyMail.com
