Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn revealed a hilarious story about his father as he made a guest appearance on Soccer A-Z’s latest episode.
Broadcasting legends Tim Lovejoy, Helen Chamberlain and other former Soccer AM stars welcomed Hearn onto the show ahead of Anthony Joshua’s title fight with Daniel Dubois on Saturday.
While Hearn may be known for promoting ‘AJ’, some fans will be aware that the 45-year-old is also an avid Tottenham fan and previously played football as a youngster.
However, as revealed in his hilarious story, Hearn’s skills on the pitch certainly didn’t match up to his skills as a boxing promoter.

Hearn recounted the brutally honest criticism that his father gave to him and revealed how he found it ‘disheartening’ as a teenager.
